Audit · Attestation · Remediation
High-precision cybersecurity audit, attested in mathematics and signed by experts.
Clients contract AegisCore Labs’ professional judgment—not a platform login. Isolated collection, dual-control investigation, and a deterministic notary produce a cryptographically signed delivery manifesto.
We distance the practice from autonomous-AI narratives. Language models do not issue the verdict. Fail-closed architecture and human accountability do.
The client contracts expert judgment. Cryptographic custody and deterministic evaluation make that judgment auditable.
What we communicate
The value is a mathematically backed result under expert supervision—not generative theatre.

| USCM evaluation with no verdict hallucination. | “Cybersecurity chatbot.” |
Chain of custody
Telemetry never becomes a conclusion without a sealed trail. The diagram is the engagement, not a product tour.
- 01
Client telemetry
Agreed identity and endpoint events. No secrets upload through this website.
- 02
Hermetic seal
SHA-256 at intake. Immutable custody from the first byte retained.
- 03
Clean-room inspection
Human analysts. Dual control. Fail-closed. No unsupervised model verdict.
- 04
AETHER USCM
Deterministic pass / fail / not evaluable. Not a language model.
- 05
Signed manifesto
Ed25519 human signature over contract, hashes and result.
Audit packs
Scoped attestation work with a signed manifesto. Packs name the control surface; they are not self-service subscriptions.
Identity & Access Policy Attestation
AETHER applies logical assertions only: for example, that a failed password event was actually intercepted by conditional-access policy. No semantic inference. Result is pass, fail, or not evaluable when the trigger is absent.
Scope identity attestationEndpoint Containment Attestation
AETHER attests whether a qualifying endpoint alert carries a valid containment execution receipt toward the agreed adapter. Missing trigger is not evaluable; missing receipt is fail.
Scope endpoint attestationInfrastructure Assurance Engagement
Full custody chain: isolated collection, dual-control inspection, deterministic USCM evaluation, human Ed25519 seal. Designed as auditable backing for the client’s own SOC 2, PCI-DSS or NIST CSF 2.0 evaluations—not as a certificate issued by Labs.
Scope an assurance engagement
Advisory practice
Architecture, GRC evidence, cloud and identity, AI system review, and crypto-agility—always with a verifiable trail.
Security Architecture & Transformation
Security controls, cloud estates and identity patterns grow faster than the architecture that should govern them. Teams inherit diagrams that no longer match production.
Discuss architecture workGRC & Compliance Evidence
Governance programs stall when policies cannot be tied to technical proof. Spreadsheets accumulate; evidence does not.
Discuss GRC evidence workCloud, Identity & DevSecOps Security
Misconfigured identity, overly broad roles, and pipelines that ship without security gates are among the fastest paths to material incident.
Discuss cloud and identity securityAI Security
LLM applications, retrieval pipelines and agentic tools introduce prompt, data-path and tool-invocation risk that traditional appsec reviews only partially cover.
Discuss AI SecurityPQC & Crypto-Agility Readiness
Cryptography is embedded in TLS, VPN, PKI, code signing and applications. Organizations cannot migrate algorithms they have not inventoried.

How an engagement runs
Technology shields the consultant’s judgment. It does not replace it, and it does not expose the internal control plane.
- 01
Isolated collection
Client telemetry enters a hermetic retention environment and is hashed at the door.
- 02
Assisted inspection and containment
Analysts work the evidence under dual-control, fail-closed human authority.
- 03
Deterministic attestation (AETHER)
AETHER applies logical USCM assertions. No language model issues the verdict.
- 04
Delivery manifesto
A human Ed25519 signature binds contract, evidence hashes and the mathematical result.

USCM referee
AETHER OS
Mathematical arbiter that certifies whether the client’s controls actually mitigated the condition under test. Private Alpha. Professional supervision. Not a SaaS login.
Isolated control plane
CPEP
Sovereign infrastructure of AegisCore: the clean room where engineers orchestrate investigation without exposing engagement data to external providers. Not a product for sale.
Built for trust, not theatre
No invented clients, no borrowed certifications, no implied production SaaS. What we publish is what we can stand behind.
The client contracts expert judgment. Cryptographic custody and deterministic evaluation make that judgment auditable.
