Audit packs and professional services with a verifiable trail.

You retain a firm. Packs define the control surface we attest. They are not a catalogue of cloud seats.

AegisCore Labs provides professional cybersecurity audit and remediation from Colombia, for organizations in Latin America and internationally. A qualified practitioner is accountable for the engagement. AETHER OS is used only under professional supervision, as a deterministic referee—never as a substitute for judgment, and never as a self-service portal.

Formal audit packs

Each pack states a deterministic assertion over sealed evidence. The delivery manifesto binds the contract, the hashes, the USCM result and the human Ed25519 signature. Framework names below describe how the artifact can support the client’s own compliance evaluations—not an accreditation issued by AegisCore Labs.

Identity & Access Policy Attestation

Scope of evidence

Sealed identity telemetry in scope for the engagement—typically directory and sign-in audit from Microsoft Entra-class environments.

Deterministic assertion

AETHER applies logical assertions only: for example, that a failed password event was actually intercepted by conditional-access policy. No semantic inference. Result is pass, fail, or not evaluable when the trigger is absent.

Representative deliverables

  • Signed delivery manifesto binding contract, evidence hashes and USCM run
  • Control results for the identity pack
  • Practitioner narrative of residual risk and remediation
Scope identity attestation

Endpoint Containment Attestation

Scope of evidence

Sealed host and endpoint security excerpts in scope for the engagement—typically high-severity telemetry from the client’s detection stack.

Deterministic assertion

AETHER attests whether a qualifying endpoint alert carries a valid containment execution receipt toward the agreed adapter. Missing trigger is not evaluable; missing receipt is fail.

Representative deliverables

  • Signed delivery manifesto
  • Control results for the containment pack
  • Practitioner findings and remediation sequence
Scope endpoint attestation

Infrastructure Assurance Engagement

Scope of evidence

A contracted combination of identity, endpoint and agreed adjacent telemetry, collected into the firm’s hermetic retention environment under written scope.

Deterministic assertion

Full custody chain: isolated collection, dual-control inspection, deterministic USCM evaluation, human Ed25519 seal. Designed as auditable backing for the client’s own SOC 2, PCI-DSS or NIST CSF 2.0 evaluations—not as a certificate issued by Labs.

Representative deliverables

  • Signed delivery manifesto
  • Pack results in scope for the contract
  • Executive assessment and remediation roadmap
Scope an assurance engagement

Advisory and transformation

Security Architecture & Transformation

Problem addressed

Security controls, cloud estates and identity patterns grow faster than the architecture that should govern them. Teams inherit diagrams that no longer match production.

Capabilities

  • Current-state architecture review against observed technical evidence
  • Target-state design for identity, network, cloud and control planes
  • Transformation sequencing that leadership can fund and operations can run

Representative deliverables

  • Architecture assessment and target-state recommendations
  • Evidence-to-control mapping
  • Remediation and transformation roadmap
Discuss architecture work

GRC & Compliance Evidence

Problem addressed

Governance programs stall when policies cannot be tied to technical proof. Spreadsheets accumulate; evidence does not.

Capabilities

  • Evidence collection and control mapping for GRC conversations
  • Gap analysis that distinguishes missing proof from missing controls
  • Support for framework-oriented reviews without claiming accreditation

Representative deliverables

  • Evidence-to-control mapping
  • Technical findings report
  • Remediation roadmap
Discuss GRC evidence work

Cloud, Identity & DevSecOps Security

Problem addressed

Misconfigured identity, overly broad roles, and pipelines that ship without security gates are among the fastest paths to material incident.

Capabilities

  • Cloud security architecture and configuration review
  • Identity and access pattern assessment
  • DevSecOps control review across build, deploy and runtime evidence

Representative deliverables

  • Technical findings report
  • Remediation roadmap
  • Evidence-to-control mapping
Discuss cloud and identity security

AI Security

Problem addressed

LLM applications, retrieval pipelines and agentic tools introduce prompt, data-path and tool-invocation risk that traditional appsec reviews only partially cover.

Capabilities

  • AI system threat and control review grounded in deployment evidence
  • Assessment of input/output boundaries, retrieval sources and tool access
  • Practical hardening priorities for teams shipping AI features

Representative deliverables

  • Technical findings report
  • Remediation roadmap
  • Executive security assessment
Discuss AI Security

PQC & Crypto-Agility Readiness

Problem addressed

Cryptography is embedded in TLS, VPN, PKI, code signing and applications. Organizations cannot migrate algorithms they have not inventoried.

Capabilities

  • Cryptographic inventory support and exposure-oriented review
  • Crypto-agility assessment: how hard it is to change algorithms and keys
  • Prioritized migration narrative for leadership—not a product certification

Representative deliverables

  • PQC readiness roadmap where applicable
  • Technical findings report
  • Executive security assessment
Discuss PQC readiness

The client contracts expert judgment. Cryptographic custody and deterministic evaluation make that judgment auditable.
